Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Q: I'm having a hard time choosing a scent, where can I get more information?

A: You can visit our Scent Guide which will walk you through the different scents available to help choose the right one for you. If you still can't decide feel free to contact us for some advice.

Q: I live in Kitchener-Waterloo, can I just pick up my order and save shipping?

A: Yes you can. We will refund you the money for shipping, or just send us an email to place your local order for pickup. You can also find our products at Artisinal Design Co located in Kitchener.
